Cheshire Ireland have been working with Millmount Maintenance Services for over six years. They have been our maintenance and oversight company since 2018. They support HIQA registered services across the country overseeing our fire systems, water quality, heating, electrical and compliance with Health & Safety regulations as well as an essential call out service when issues arise.

Millmount give Cheshire Ireland peace of mind that our health and safety requirements are under review and if anything is required, we alert them through the Millmount Online Portal. Their service allows Cheshire to work with one company across our national suite of services. They are a company we trust to ensure our services are safe and when issues arise that they will be dealt with promptly in line with or pre-agreed contracts in each service.

The online portal allows all levels of management to be up to speed with the reports and issues as well as actions in each service as they happen. It also allows local management to have a work plan for their service while also allowing senior management to get an organisational picture. This allows for ownership of actions and a clear plan for both internal and external review when required.

The standout of working with Millmount is the relationship we have with the team. They are easy to work with and very responsive. Issues in the care industry need urgent response times and the Millmount on-call support has really helped us over the years.
