The strength behind the Millmount Maintenance Service is our people power. Coming from a range of industry backgrounds, our team have first hand experience both on the ground and at management level which frames their awareness of your needs from a full service maintenance contract. In addition to our directly employed and highly skilled engineers and maintenance crew, Millmount's reach extends out across a network of contractors, each experts in their own field, allowing us to be so much more than the sum of our parts. In addition, all our onsite staff are completely qualified, meet all of our rigorous standards in terms of quality assurance and health & safety and are fully Garda vetted.

Adrian has been a dedicated professional in the construction industry since qualifying as an electrician in 1995. In 2011, he founded Millmount Maintenance Services, a company specialising in turnkey solutions for electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance services. Millmount serves clients in the non-acute community care sector, including nursing homes and designated care facilities, ensuring compliance and providing certifications that prioritise safety and quality. Under Adrian's leadership, the company continues to grow and adapt to meet the evolving needs of its clients. He is focused on expanding revenue streams, upskilling staff, and enhancing capacity to meet increasing demand while maintaining the highest standards of service. Adrian also holds a Bachelor of Fire Engineering from Waterford Institute of Technology, reflecting his commitment to professional development and expertise in safety and engineering.

Kieran Harper

Kieran has been a key member of the Millmount Maintenance Services team since 2011, bringing with him an extensive background in the construction industry. Before joining Millmount, he served as a quantity surveyor and contracts manager, gaining comprehensive experience in areas such as estimating, programming, cost analysis, and preparing Bills of Quantities.
Kieran's expertise spans across multiple disciplines, including Health & Safety management, site supervision, procurement, and managing trades on-site. He is also highly skilled in conducting dilapidation surveys, handling insurance claims, negotiating contracts, and overseeing quality control. His ability to manage design and planning projects adds further versatility to his skillset.
Holding a BSc in Construction Management with a specialisation in Quantity Surveying, Kieran combines technical knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver exceptional results. His depth of expertise ensures that every project  Millmount undertakes is executed with precision, compliance, and quality assurance.

Gary is a highly valued member of Millmount’s senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day efficiency of the company’s team of engineers. With over 20 years of experience in the Electrical, Mechanical, and Security industries, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge to evaluating new business opportunities and fostering strong, lasting relationships with Millmount’s customers.Passionate about customer engagement, Gary takes pride in developing relationships that ensure clients have access to the full range of Millmount’s capabilities and solutions.

Susan Stanley

Susan has been an integral part of Millmount Maintenance Services for over a decade, bringing exceptional expertise and dedication to her role. She specialises in supplier and vendor management, ensuring seamless collaboration between the company and its partners, while maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients. Her responsibilities include overseeing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, with a specific focus on critical areas such as medical equipment, bed pan washers, and nurse call systems. Susan is also deeply involved in compliance, staff training, and maintaining industry standards.
Susan’s excellent organisational and interpersonal skills have been key in establishing trust and reliability among clients and suppliers alike. Her extensive experience in supplier and vendor management has consistently ensured operational efficiency and high client satisfaction.

Senior Electrical Logbook Engineer

Ronnie Mullen

Ronnie is a highly skilled and experienced electrician with over two decades in the electrical and security systems industry. He qualified as an electrician in 2003 and began his career with Power Guard Ltd, where he honed his expertise in installing and maintaining electrical and security systems, working there from 1998 to 2012.
Since joining Millmount Maintenance Services in 2012, Ronnie has expanded his qualifications to include Safe Electric QC certification (2015), Fire Alarm Service Provider certification (2014), and Emergency Lighting Commissioning (2016). In his current role, he manages the day-to-day operations for a team of 20+ engineers, ensuring smooth planning, reviewing job reports, and confirming that clients receive timely updates upon job completion.
With a commitment to safety, efficiency, and top-tier service, Ronnie brings a detail-oriented approach to every aspect of his work, ensuring both client satisfaction and team success.

Logbook Service Engineer

Paddy Cosgrave
Paddy joined Millmount in 2014, bringing with him a wealth of experience as a qualified electrician since 2006. Over the years, he has achieved several additional certifications, including Safe Electric QC, Qualified Fire Alarm Service Provider and Emergency Lighting Commissioning. Before joining Millmount, Paddy successfully managed his own electrical contracting business, honing his technical skills and business acumen. At Millmount, Paddy have progressed from a Logbook Engineer to a role that involves conducting site visits to surveying works and associated costs.
Outside of work, he is a dedicated volunteer and supporter of his  local GAA club, contributing his time and passion to his local community.

Natalie Semko
Natalie joined Millmount in 2022.  In her role Natalie handles calls and requests for work. She manages and combines Sage and MMSL systems to optimise processes.
She also ensures all certificates for completed works are available through the web portal. She is a diligent and dedicated professional, resourceful in achieving the goals of our business. Her excellence in reception and frontline office skills ensure the smooth daily operations of our office. She holds a Diploma in Bookkeeping & Payroll Management from UCD and a Bachelor of Law from the Ukrainian University.

Kieran Egan - Software Consultant

Kieran Egan
Kieran is a specialist in bespoke business software development for Windows, Linux, and smartphones, leveraging technologies such as .NET, HTML5, and JavaScript.
As the lead for the Millmount Maintenance customer portal, Kieran ensures its smooth operation while also managing internal IT infrastructures. His expertise spans software development, system maintenance, and IT strategy.
Kieran holds a BSc in Information Technology from Dublin City University (DCU) and a Diploma in Industrial Electronics from the University of Limerick (UL).
